3. Next, complete the application thats on the tenant application page of this site and return to our office located at 1019 Water Street, Indiana, PA 15701. There is a non-refundable application fee of $35. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a first come first serve basis. Criminal backgroup and credit checks will done during this process.
4. Lastly, you will be notified whether application is approved or denied.
